Can I use a computer that is already being used for another application, or do I need a
dedicated computer?
We recommend a stand-alone computer. However, you can use a computer that is already in use
but you will need to install a dual video card into the back of your desktop and you must make
sure it is fast enough to not slow down your current application. This will give you the ability to
run two applications from the same desktop computer, one from each video port.

What are the computer requirements to run the ChiroTV Network?
You will need an Intel Pentium Dual Core (Duo) Processor 2.4 GHZ or better and a minimum of
2 gigs of RAM. Internet Access is also required.

How do I connect my computer to my TV monitor?
We recommend connecting the computer to the TV using VGA or HDMI cables. . You can get
these cables up to 100 feet long. If you wish to broadcast to more than one monitor, you will
need a VGA or HDMI Splitter Box and more Cables. We strongly recommend you attach a 3.5
mm audio cable (if using VGA) so the videos and music will play if you want.

Do I need a computer with internet access?
YES! ChiroTV Network does not work without an internet connection. You will need high speed
internet access to broadcast this channel. We prefer you hardwire your connection but wireless
works as well.

Can I use an old computer that I have?
You may use something you already have but it must be up to date and loaded with the proper
flash software and most recent internet explorer browser. If the channel is not performing fast
enough, you may have to get something current.

I cannot run wires to my TV monitor, can I connect via wireless?
There are now systems that can connect your laptop to your TV screen wirelessly. Check out
products like IOGEAR or D-Link.

Do I have any control over the content that is played on the network?
Yes! We will change the content and theme each week to make it as easy and effortless as
possible for you. However, if you want, you can choose a different presentation from our library,
change the background, or even full-screen the main presentation.

How often does the content change?
The content will change on a weekly basis to remain fresh and exciting for your patients. Your
system will be automatically be updated when you log in each Monday morning to run ChiroTV.

Can I customize anything on the network to promote my practice?
Yes, you can customize the scrolling ticker, import YouTube videos, and choose your
presentations and commercials. This is a powerful tool to help you promote your events, thank
patients for referrals, welcome new patients, advertise sales, play videos of your products and
services and so much more!

How many YouTube Videos can I put into my presentations?
There will be 10 slots for you to put in any YouTube videos of your choice or you may select
from our video library. If the YouTube feature is enabled, it will play your video in its entirety
and then resume our weekly broadcast for 3 minutes until your next video appears.

How do I make my own videos such as patient testimonials to play in the presentations?
This is really simple. You simply record your own videos on your camera or webcam and then upload them to YouTube. You will need to create your own YouTube account (free) and you can
have your own library of videos to use.

Is there any sound or music on the presentations?
Yes, there is music that plays behind the presentations. You may choose to turn the music feature
off if you wish. The normal content is non-narrated. However, if you put in any videos, the
volume from the videos will play and the music will turn off until the video is done playing.

Can I play the presentations on multiple monitors?
Yes! There are two ways you can do this. You can run one computer with a splitter box (4 port
or 8 port). You will then need to run VGA or HDMI cables from the splitter box to each TV you
want to play on. Also, you can download ChiroTV network to any computer within the same IP
address. This will enable you to run on multiple monitors if each monitor is set up on a separate
computer.
