We offer an Intel Mini Computer Stick that connects to the back of your TV and requires NO wiring! If you are interested in this option, contact us at 888-480-1350 for details. If you already have a windows based computer with internet access connected to your TV monitor, you may use that as well.
We recommend the computer has 4-6 gigs of ram memory and a dual core processor. The hard drive can be any size. ChiroTV Network will work on Windows 8, and 10 operating systems.
You can use a computer that you are already using but it will need to have an extra HDMI output to go to the TV. This is necessary to run 2 programs on 2 different monitors without them interfering with each other. All laptops should have it and desktops are easy to add it for about $40-$50. It’s called a USB to HDMI external video card.
ChiroTV Network’s monthly fee is only $39.95 per month. We offer a free 30 day trial to all users just to check it out and to get your hardware set up.
There are no set-up fees at all when you subscribe to ChiroTV Network. We also don’t have any long term contracts. If you’re ever not happy with the service, just give us 30 days’ notice and you will be unsubscribed.
Yes! You can display on as many monitors and TVs as you want in your one office location/IP address. ChiroTV Network can also be opened on as many computers as you wish under your same IP address.
If you want to use ChiroTV Network in an additional office location and different IP address, you will need to subscribe again and open another account.
There are 2 options when connecting your computer to your TV/Monitor. One option is HDMI and the second option is (VGA). HDMI carries a video and audio signal. VGA normally doesn’t have audio but you can get it built into the VGA cable or separately and wrap it around. The VGA Audio cable is called “3.5mm PC audio cable”.
To connect a computer to several monitors/TVs you will need a Splitter Box and more cables. They make splitter boxes for VGA and HDMI and are available in 2, 4, or 8 ports.
We do have subscribers that run ChiroTV Network using Apple/ Mac. We recommend you use Google Chrome as your browser to access our login page.
We don’t recommend adapters of any kind since they almost always mess up resolution and make it very hard to fit the screen perfectly. Please contact us before you have your tech person run the wrong set up. We are here to make sure you do it right the first time.
Both VGA and HDMI cables are available up to 100ft. We recommend websites like www.monoprice.com and www.cablesforless.com for the best pricing on both these options.
We highly recommend you use a regular pc computer to access the internet and to run ChiroTV Network. That is how you will get the best results and speed. We do not support Smart TVs and media boxes and therefore do not recommend them for this application. You can still use a smart TV as your display but not to access the internet for running ChiroTV Network. If you need suggestions on inexpensive equipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
There is sound in the way of background music as well as any YouTube videos with sound you add to your presentation. However, we do have lots of subscribers that play ChiroTV Network totally silent. The choice is yours.
