Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
When a chiropractor subscribes to ChiroTV Network, they understand that ChiroTV Network is a subscription based service that uses the World Wide Web and streaming video to help them educate and market to their patients. This service is intended for office use and does not take the place of education and instruction by the chiropractor. The information provided on ChiroTV Network is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is the subscribers responsibility to make sure that the content provided on ChiroTV Network is congruent with their practice and the educational material fits in with their scope of practice.
Health Visions, Inc. (producers of ChiroTV Network) assumes no responsibility for any misrepresentations or any information that the subscriber feels is not appropriate for their scope of practice. The subscriber agrees to hold Health Visions/ChiroTV Network harmless from and against any claims that may arise from the content displayed on the TV monitor.
Use of Subscription
All users of ChiroTV Network may only access from one IP location at a time. Simultaneous use of a single account is prohibited. If we identify that a user is accessing his or her account simultaneously from more than one IP location, we reserve the right to terminate the subscription. If you wish to use ChiroTV Network in more than one office location, you will need to purchase additional subscriptions.
Fees and Cancellation Policy
The subscriber acknowledges that they are signing up for a monthly subscription service at the rate of $39.95 per month. They will be billed on a monthly basis to the credit card they supplied when they signed up to activate their subscription. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to keep their credit card information up to date to avoid cancellation of the service. The subscriber also understands that there are no contracts or set-up fees when they sign up. However, if the subscriber wishes to cancel and then subscribe again at another time, there will be a set up charge of $99 in addition to the first month fee of $39.95.
There is a 30 day notice cancellation required by all subscribers if they wish to cancel the service. The subscriber will be billed one more monthly fee within that 30 day period before the account is completely removed from the service. All cancellation requests must be phoned into Health Visions by the account holder only.

Privacy
Health Visions will not share any private information with other parties. The data we collect from our subscribers is strictly used to keep your subscription active and to be able to communicate with the subscribers when necessary.
YouTube integration

If you are using YouTube integration to add videos to your network, then you agree to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
All subscribers must be aware that ChiroTV Network uses YouTube API services to allow YouTube videos to be played on your network.
User information including YouTube ID links and thumbnails are stored on ChiroTV Network’s server for the entire duration of your subscription.
Anytime you delete a YouTube video from your network, it is permanently deleted from our server. If you cancel your ChiroTV Network subscription, all your youtube ID links and thumbnails links will be permanently removed from our server
This information that is stored on our server is NOT shared with any third parties or external parties. It is strictly only for allowing you to display content from YouTube.
